An extrusion tap is a cutting tool that processes internal threads through plastic deformation of the metal. The metal fibers of the thread do not break, and a cold-hard layer is formed on the surface, which can enhance the strength and wear resistance of the thread. High hardness and wear resistance: After heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRC 66-69.

3. DLC, black, with high hardness and very low friction coefficient. It is suitable for processing soft materials such as aluminum and copper, and has excellent anti-adhesion properties.
